Over a decade later, the same principle holds — we plan every itinerary ourselves, work directly with verified hotels and drivers, and stay reachable throughout your trip instead of handing you off to a call centre.

Today we run India and Nepal packages for individuals, couples, families and groups, with a particular depth of experience in Himachal Pradesh, the Char Dham pilgrimage circuit, and cross-border Nepal trips.

What hasn't changed since our first Gorakhpur-to-Nepal booking is how we treat pricing and planning. We don't route enquiries through a call centre that reads from a script, and we don't quote a low headline price and add costs later. Every hotel and driver we work with has been personally checked by someone on our team, not sourced from a third-party listing we've never verified ourselves.

We won't quote you a price we can't hold, and we won't send you to a hotel we haven't personally checked. That's a small promise, but it's the one that matters most when you're trusting a travel agency you found online to get the details right. If something changes on our end — a hotel becomes unavailable, a route needs adjusting — we call you before it becomes your problem to discover on arrival.

We also don't disappear once you've paid. Our travel desk stays reachable by phone for the full length of your trip — a flat tyre or hotel mix-up is a minor inconvenience when there's someone to call, and a real problem when there isn't.
