We accept UPI, direct bank transfer, and payment links sent by our travel desk once your booking details are confirmed by phone. We don't take payment details over an unsecured channel — any payment link we send comes from a verified source, and you're welcome to call our office directly to confirm a payment request if anything looks unfamiliar.

The standard structure is a 25% advance to confirm your dates, with the balance due before travel according to a schedule we share at the time of booking — typically a few days before departure.

Once your booking request comes through, our travel desk calls to confirm hotel availability on your exact dates, walk through the itinerary in detail, and answer any last questions before you're asked to pay anything. If everything looks right, we send a secure payment link for the 25% advance — once received, your dates are locked and we send written confirmation with the finalized itinerary attached.

If your dates or group size are still shifting, that's fine too — tell us during the call and we'll hold a provisional quote while you finalize details, rather than pressuring you into an advance before you're ready.

If this is your first booking with Kanak Tour Planner, the most common first-time question is simply whether the process is legitimate — understandable, given how many online travel scams exist. Feel free to call our Gorakhpur office directly before paying anything, visit in person if you're local, or ask for references from recent travellers. We'd rather answer that question upfront than have it linger as a doubt.

For group bookings, one person can submit this form on behalf of the whole group — just note the total headcount in the travellers field, and our travel desk will follow up for individual names and any room-sharing preferences during the confirmation call.
