Group bookings usually start with an approximate headcount that firms up over the following week or two. We build the itinerary and pricing around a likely range rather than waiting for an exact final number. Once confirmed, we lock the vehicle type, finalize room-sharing, and send a single itinerary document to your group coordinator.

On the ground, having one dedicated coordinator matters most at check-in and during meals — that's where large groups typically lose time. We handle both before you arrive, so your group's actual time in Himachal or Nepal isn't spent waiting around a hotel lobby.

Say a group of 12 college friends wants a 6N/7D Shimla-Manali circuit. At that headcount, you'd typically fall into our medium-group tier — a tempo traveller instead of separate sedans, standard-plus hotel rooms shared three or four to a room, and per-person pricing noticeably below what the same itinerary would cost as individual bookings. If four more friends join before departure, pushing the group to 16, you'd move into the large-group tier with a further per-person reduction, since fixed costs spread across more travellers.

We finalize the actual quote once your headcount is reasonably firm, typically two to three weeks before travel, so the pricing reflects your real group size rather than an early estimate that might not match who actually shows up.

For larger groups, we can split the 25% advance across multiple payments from different group members rather than requiring one person to collect and forward the full amount. Mention this preference when you enquire and we'll set up individual payment tracking so nothing gets lost in the coordination.
